The company’s two principals, Andrea Ham and Genie Delles, have each had in excess of thirty years in the real estate business. Andrea is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has achieved the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Genie Delles, also a licensed Real Estate Broker, began her real estate career in downtown San Francisco. As a commercial leasing agent she has extensive management and marketing experience in the Sonoma, San Francisco and Marin County markets. Together they bring an high level of local knowledge and experience to bear on the properties they manage.
In 1994, Ham Delles Company, Inc. opened its Commercial Sales and Leasing Division to compliment and augment its property management services with in-house brokerage representation. The Sales and Leasing Division provides investment and leasing services with the primary goals of maintaining and maximizing tenancy and providing quality investment analysis and alternatives. The Commercial Leasing and Sales Division is headed by Craig Delles. Craig has over thirty years of commercial brokerage experience.
Ham Delles Company, Inc.’s management staff consists of three licensed property managers including the two principals. In-office support staff includes a receptionist, two administrative assistants, a bookkeeper and an assistant bookkeeper. Ham Delles Company, Inc. also employs twenty eight resident managers located at multi-family complexes.
Ham Delles Company, Inc. is fully bonded and insured, with comprehensive errors and omissions insurance policy and worker’s compensation insurance to cover its employees and vendors.
