include multi-family projects ranging in size from 4 to 223 units; a 38,000
square foot REO office building; a 67,000 square foot garden office complex;
over 25,000 square feet of medical office space; and the more typical office
and apartments common to Sonoma County.
Clients range from the private to institutional investor. Our experience is wide ranging and our
management program can be modified to meet the unique requirements of each
