Delles Company’s brokerage division was initiated with the goal of providing
owner-oriented representation. As a compliment
to our property management services, our brokerage division caters to the
needs of HDC clients and their properties.
Because we represent a limited number of available properties for sale
and lease at any given time, we provide more focused marketing efforts and
avoid the potential conflicts-of-interest common at other firms. We have the ability to provide HDC clients
with a higher standard of representation including detailed financial and
cash flow analysis, creative and targeted marketing programs, comprehensive
negotiations, 1031 tax free exchange coordination, financing resources,
accurate market statistics, summaries of new and competing inventory, the
deals being made and how they effect a given property. In
2000, Ham Delles Company co-brokered the largest office-building sale in
Sonoma County, the 89,000 square foot Waterfall Towers project. Craig Delles has also sold 35,000 square
feet of Sonoma County medical office space in the last eighteen months, more
than any individual broker in that period. Other recent sales include 48, 33,
and 20 unit multi-family projects; a 21,000 square foot bulk retail building;
a 13,000 square foot office building; and an 8,500 square foot flex-use
building. Although quality inventory
is in short supply in Sonoma County, we have a thorough knowledge of the
market and can often find the right property for a given requirement, even if
it is not currently for sale. Ham

services, one of the mainstays of income property. Our brokers have extensive commercial leasing experience and
